Meditation Instruction
Thursdays - 7:30
P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
This class is open to the
general public. However, as this class represents ongoing
instruction, it is requested that, out of respect to the other
students and the teacher, you contact the webmaster at the following

chittamanitara@hotmail.com — prior to attendance to ensure that
your experience is meaningful. Simply dropping in unannounced is
strongly discouraged as events not suitable to new attendees may be
planned for the night you may choose to attend.
Mindfulness and Healing Meditation
Fridays - 12:00 Noon to 1:00 p.m.
This
is a drop-in class and is open to all, no previous experience is
necessary.
Meditation classes are held @ Astanga Yoga
Ottawa, 200-1/2 Bank
Street (the half means it's upstairs!), between Nepean and
Gloucester.
The website,

the 'Contact Us' page that shows exactly where the studio is.
Parking on nearly all the nearby streets is free after 7pm;
however, please double check the signs before parking.
